The online MBA, Human Resource Management concentration requires 36 credits to graduate, consisting of 24 credit hours of core coursework and 12 hours of Human Resource Management concentration courses.
Keep in mind that students without undergraduate business-related degrees will be required to take up to 12 additional credits of foundation courses.

The minimum requirements for admission are as follows:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, 3.0 minimum GPA
- Completed and signed Graduate College Application for admission
- Official college transcripts from all higher education institutions
- Two letters of recommendation
- A writing sample (response to a writing prompt)
- A current résumé
- A GMAT or GRE score will be considered (if the applicant has an undergraduate GPA of 3.30 or higher, the GMAT or GRE is waived)
- TOEFL score, IELTS scores or other proof of English language proficiency (required of all international applicants)
- Students claiming in-state residence must submit the residence form
